摘要
将荧光试剂荧光素共价连接于聚氯乙烯支链上,首次合成了一种具有荧光敏感功能的高分子材料,用该敏感材料为敏感膜的铜离子荧光熄灭型传感器使用寿命显著延长,对铜离子的检测范围与检测下限分别是2.5×10^(-5)~1.O×10^(-3)mol/L和1.0×10^(-6)mol/L。
The traditional fluorescence reagent fluorescein was connected with the branch of poly (vinyl) .chloride by covalent bond. The synthesized high polymer material shows fluorescence chemical sensitive function. Tt has been used in this study as a sensitive membrane for the devclopment of a fluorescence quenching Cu( Ⅱ ) optrode. This optrode was able to give a hnear response in the Cu( Ⅱ ) concentration range of 2. 5× 10-5-10.×10-3mol/L with a hmit of detection of 1. 0×10-5 mol/L. The optrode based on the new mimbrane material. comparing with the conventional optrodes,can obviously extend the lifetime.
