摘要
以新都柚为试材,研究套袋对果实糖含量及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性变化的影响。结果表明,套袋果实与对照果实糖含量变化趋势相似,但积累速率不同步,套袋果的糖含量低于对照果;套袋果的合成酶类活性低于对照,分解酶类高于对照。
Citrus grandis var xinduyou were used to study the effect of bagging on sucrose-metabollzing enzyme activities. The results showed that the sugar content and enzyme activities under bagged conditions had almost the same changes as those of unbagged conditions during development. Compared with the unbagged fruit, the sugar content in bagged fruit was lower, the activity of enzymes on sucrose synthesis was lower, and the activity of enzymes on sucrose cleavage was higher.
