New rural rectification planning on pan-Dongting lake area

农村整治规划是建设新农村的有效途径。文章以环洞庭湖区新农村建设为探索对象,分析了该区域农村整治规划的必要性,明确了其整治规划的目标及原则,最后提出实施改路、改房、改水、改厕、改环境、普及沼气、普及电话的"五改二普及"工程,提高农村土地资源集约利用效益,实施村庄合并等整治措施及相应的保障对策。

The new rural rectification planning is an effective way to construct new countryside, In this paper, pan- Dongting lake area were selected to anaylse the necessity of rural rectification planning in this area and define the goal and the principle of its rectification planning. At last, some rectification measures and corresponding security were pointed out, induding implementing the project of ＂road rebuilding, house repairing, water resource rearrangement, envrironment improving, biogas and telephone populization＂ ,increasing the benefit of intensive utilization of rural land, implementing village coorperation.
