摘要
根据圆柱凸轮的结构特点,应用CAD/CAM技术,提出一种将软件的平面铣削功能与开发专用后置处理程序相结合来实现凸轮槽数控加工的方法。研究了铣刀直径小于凸轮槽宽时的加工技术,并通过编制四轴联动卧式加工中心的专用后置处理程序,在该机床上实现了等宽凸轮槽的正确加工;同时将宏程序与CAD/CAM技术相结合,优化了数控程序,提高了加工效率。
Based on the structure characteristic of cylindrical cam, a NC process method for cam slots was proposed by combining the planar milling function of software with the development of special post - processing procedure with CAD/CAM technology. The machining technology when milling cutter's diameter is smaller than the width of cam slot was investigated, and NC process of cylindrical cams was succeasful carried out by means of developing special post - processing procedure of the four- axis horizontal MC, meanwhile, NC program was optimized and the machining efficiency was improved through combining macro- program with CAD/CAM technology.
