高压含硫产层水平井旋转地质导向钻井技术实践 被引量:14

APPLICATION OF PD X5 IN THE PAY ZONE WITH HIGH PRESSURE GRADIENT IN MOXI GAS FIELD

摘要 磨溪气田的嘉二^2产层属于高压含硫化氢产层,勘探前景广阔,但钻井中易粘卡、易膏侵、易出盐水,钻探难度大。磨005-H15水平井和磨005-H8水平井运用旋转导向技术、摩阻扭距分析技术和针对该地区的聚磺钻井液等技术,安全穿越两层膏盐层,顺利完成了Ф152小井眼水平段长600~800m的地质导向作业,达到了钻探目的,机械钻速提高26%~92%,钻井周期节省29%-110%。文中介绍了斯伦贝谢旋转导向系统的原理、优点;列出了采用聚磺钻井液体系的技术指标;详细阐述了钻具组合设计的原则,对比分析了安装防磨接头和不安装防磨接头的力学特性,得出了有用的认识。提出了未来使用新型旋转导向系统Exeed和随钻地层压力测量仪(Stetho-Scope)的建议。 Pay zone Jia two 1 in Moxi gas field, with high pressure gradient and H2S, has bright future, but it was hard to drill ahead due to differential stuck pipe and gypsum. RSS, T&D and special drilling fluid have been used in the whole operation in M005-H15 and M005-H8, drilled ahead through two layers of gypsum safely, finished the 6' hole with interval of 600-800m, realized the geological objectives smoothly. ROP increased by 26%-92%, drilling period improved by 29%-110%。The paper showed how the PowerDrive X5 works, and its advantages, listed the drilling fluid technical factors. Besides, studied on the principles of the BHA in these wells, analyzed the mechanical features on the BHA with anti-wear subs and with no anti-wear subs, some useful results have been achieved from the analysis. Finally, recommended the new RSS, Exceed, and pore pressure logging while drilling, StethoScope.
