摘要
川西地区新场气田主力气藏井筒积液已经严重危害到气井的正常生产,如何及时、有效地排液,减轻、消除这些危害,已成为新场气田开发工作的重点和难点。在对新场气田主力气藏生产特征研究的基础上,优选泡沫排水为该气田的排水采气工艺,并通过十多年来在实验室和现场泡沫药剂、泡沫排水参数的试验、优化,摸索出一套对新场气田行之有效的"一制一法"泡沫排水制度。目前该工艺已在新场气田蓬莱镇组和沙溪庙组气藏广泛应用,施工成功率高达95%以上,年天然气增产近5000×104m3,取得明显的经济效益,同时保证了气田的正常持续生产。
The normal production of gas wells have been seriously harmed by the accumulated well liquid in the main reservoirs in Xinchang gas field in western Sichuan. How to discharge it timely and effectively, reduce and eliminate these hazards have become focuses and difficulties for the development. In this paper, based on the research on gas production characteristics of main reservoirs, foam drainage technique was optimized and applied. After more than 10-year-test on medicines and parameters related on foam drainage in laboratory and on well site, an effective foam drainage system of 'one system, one method' has been achieved. At present, it has been applied widely in Penglaizhen and Shaximiao formations in Xinchang gas field with successful rate of 95% and 50 million m3 increased production per year..
