摘要
为了解决活动式井下节流器的坐封、打捞、强度等问题,更好地推广应用井下节流技术,针对井下节流器在现场应用中易出现的问题,分析现有弹簧式井下节流器的工作原理,对其结构和关键部分的材质进行改进,设计加工了抽杆式井下节流器。这种节流器本身长度较短,靠向上拉动抽杆来实现工具的座封,打捞时通过向下震击中心杆让密封件复位。通过室内实验和现场应用表明,抽杆式井下节流器小巧易投放,打捞更顺利,有效解决了井下节流器容易出现的问题。
In order to resolve the problems of setting, fishing and strength occurred in movable downhole choke's field operation, the operating principles of the current spring downhole choke were analyzed, and its structure and the material of key component were improved. The rod choke was developed. This rod choke is short, it could be setted through upwards pulling the rod, and the sealing elements could be resetted through downwards jarring the centibar while fishing. Laboratory tests and field application have proved that rod choke was easy to be put in, and fishing could be more smooth as well, it could effectively avoid the ubiquitous problems associated with downhole choke.
