摘要
钟摆钻具组合是一种应用较为广泛的防斜技术。文章采用有限元分析软件ANSYS首先建立了钻柱的非线性屈曲有限元分析模型,确定了加载条件。通过对大、小两种钟摆钻具组合的实例计算,确定了以钻压、转速为代表的钻井参数对钻柱屈曲后最大挠度的影响。计算结果表明,影响下部钻柱屈曲的因素较复杂,除钻压外,转速的影响也是一个重要因素。本研究成果为合理选取钻井参数,优化钟摆钻具组合降斜能力提供了理论依据。
Pendulum assembly is a widely used deviation control technology. At first, a finite element analysis model of non-linear buckling of drilling string was established by using ANSYS software, and the load condition was determined. Through the actual solution of big and small pendulum assembly, the relationship between the maximum deflection of drilling string buckling and the drilling parameters such as drilling pressure, drilling speed, etc., was established. The calculation results would provide basis for the selecting of drilling parameters,and optimization of pendulum assembly.
