新肇油田活性水驱油室内实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对新肇油田低渗透油层的孔隙细小、结构复杂、流体在其中渗流时,受相界面的作用强烈,致使低渗透油层注水压力高、采收率低、开发效果差的特点,采用低界面张力的活性水进行驱油。以活性水与原油间的界面张力为评价手段,选用了六种不同类型的表面活性剂进行初步筛选。同时以驱油含水率、注入压力及最终采收率作为评价手段,进行室内物理模拟驱油实验。结果表明,在相同的实验条件下,选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液与原油形成的界面张力较低,当活性水浓度为0.3%、注入量为0.3PV,活性水注入时机选择含水率为70%以前注入活性水驱油效果较好。 According to the features of small porosity, complex structure, high injection pressure, low oil recovery, poor development effect in Xinzhao Oilfield with low permeability reservoir, activated water with low interfacial tension was used in flooding. Taking the interfacial tension between activated water and oil as evaluation tools, the six different types of surfactants were used for preliminary screening. Meanwhile, using the water cut, injection pressure and ultimate recovery as a means of evaluation, physical simulation flooding experiments were carried out. The results showed that interfacial tension between sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in the water solution and oil is low in the same experimental conditions. When the concentration of activated water was 0.3%, injection volume was 0.3 PV, before water cut of activated water was 70%, the effect of injecting activated water flooding was preferable.
