摘要
为提高Al-Si-Y涂层的抗高温氧化和耐热腐蚀性能,利用自制的Al-Si-Y合金阴极靶材在ЖС6У镍基高温合金基体上沉积Al-Si-Y合金涂层,研究了Al-Si-Y涂层在1100℃时的恒温氧化性能、1000℃时的循环氧化性能以及涂层在850℃时的75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4熔盐热腐蚀行为,并将其与传统的二元渗Al-Si层以及国内外的多元涂层相比较.结果表明,自制的Al-Si-Y涂层的氧化性能和腐蚀性能要优于其他涂层.
In order to improve both oxidation and corrosion resistances of coating, the Al-Si-Y alloy coating was deposited on Ni based superalloy ЖC6У with taking the home-made Al-Si-Y alloy as cathode target material. The isothermal oxidation resistance at 1 100 ℃, the cyclic oxidation resistance at 1 000 ℃ and the corrosion behavior in molten 75% Na2SO4 + 25% K2SO4 at 850 ℃ for the Al-Si-Y alloy coating were investigated and compared with the Al-Si coating and other multiply element coatings. The result shows that the oxidation and corrosion resistances of the fabricated Al-Si-Y coating are better than those of other coatings.
