摘要
为减小快速成型制造中台阶效应对制件精度的影响,从原理上对台阶效应存在的数学原理、导致制件精度的损失、成型件表面及形状的影响、造成的特征缺损或特征畸变进行了分析.在此基础上研究因台阶效应引起的体积误差、表面积误差、综合误差及误差的评价方法,推导出考虑时间因素的综合评价模型,并用实验检验该模型的正确性.该模型对快速制造生产有一定指导意义.
To reduce the influence of multistip-like behavior in rapid prototyping manufacturing on the precision of parts, the mathematical principle of multistip-like behavior as well as the corresponding precision loss of parts and the characteristic distortion or defect were analyzed. Furthermore, the volume error, surface area error and integrative error from multistip-like behavior and the error evaluation method were studied. A comprehensive evaluation model considering time factor was derived, and its validity was experimentally verified. The present model is of certain guiding significance for rapid prototyping manufacturing.
