功能性消化不良256例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 256 cases of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨功能性消化不良(FD)的病因,比较药物与精神心理疏导的临床反应。方法对256例FD门诊病人,从精神心理指导(启发开导和精神支持)、生活指导(生活饮食习惯)及药物治疗(多虑平、多潘利酮、法膜替丁)三方面观察、比较其疗效。结果治愈167(65%),好转38例(15%),未愈51例(20%),总有效率80%。结论FD是具有上腹部症状而无局部和全身器质性疾病的证据的临床综合征,治疗上应重在精神心理指导,药物治疗宜简单,抗焦虑、忧郁及促胃动力药物对多数患者有效,无需追求新药贵药。

Objective To explore the etiology of functionat dyspepsia（FD） and compare the clinical responses of medical treatment and psychological intervention. Methods Psychological intervention, advices for daily life and medical treatment were administered to the 256 cases of FD patientsi and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results Complete remission：167cases （65%）; partial mission：38 cases （15%）; no offect：51cases（20）. The overall effective rate was 80%. Conclusion FD is a clinical syndrome whose symptoms are focused in upper abdomen,but without local or systematie evidence Psychological intervention is stressed.
