甲氨喋呤配伍米非司酮治疗异位妊娠58例临床观察

Clinical observation of methotrexate in combination with mifepristone in treatment of 58 cases ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨甲氨喋岭配伍米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法所有病例均给予甲氨喋呤(MTX)0.4mg/kg.d+米非司酮50mgbid,5日为一疗程。所有病例治疗过程中监测血β-HCG直至正常为成功。结果治疗成功51例(87.93%),失败7例(12.07%)。结论甲氨喋呤配伍米非司酮治疗异位妊娠成功率高,方法简便,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mifepristone in combination with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods All cases are given methotrexate 0.4mg/kg.d and mifepristone 50mg b.i.d for 5 days as a course. During the whole course, monitored the level of blood β-HCG. The patients whose blood β-HCG recovered normal is regarded as success. Results 51 cases （87.93%） succeeded while 7 cases （12.07%） failed. Conclusion The success rate of methotrexate in combination with mifepristone on treatment of ectopic pregnancy is higher and the method is simple, which is worthy of promotion.
