处女膜闭锁6例超声诊断及临床分析

Ultrasound diagnosis and clinical analysis of six cases of imperforate hymen

目的探讨处女膜闭锁的超声诊断与临床分析。方法对6例处女膜闭锁进行回顾分析。结果6例超声诊断处女膜闭锁均为手术证实。结论超声诊断估测处女膜闭锁积血部位、范围、程度及愈合等方面有重要意义,为临床诊断及治疗提供了可靠依据。

Objective To investigate ultrasound diagnosis and clinical analysis of imperforate hymen. Methotis Analyzed retrospectively six eases of imperforate hymen. Results Six eases of imperforate hymen were confirmed by operation. Conclusion Ultrusound diagnosis has an important significance in estimating hematocele location, scope, extent and healing of imperforate hymen. And it provided a rdiable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
