Bartter综合征一例

1病例资料
1.1基本情况：患者男，23岁，因反复四肢乏力10年余。加重三年入院。患者无明显诱因反复出现四肢乏力，伴四肢肌肉僵硬、疼痛，下肢明显，严重时不能行走．1—2天后可自行缓解。在当地医院查血钾2．1—2．4mmol／L。经补钾后症状有所缓解。发现空腹血糖升高1个月，空腹血糖5．6—7．6mmol／L．无高血压病、慢性腹泻病史。
