低温真空甲醛与传统甲醛熏箱灭菌效果比较

摘要 目的:探讨低温真空甲醛的杀菌效果,并于氧化法传统甲醛熏箱进行比较。方法:试验组采用自研的140L低温真空甲醛灭菌箱,将被灭菌器械装入纸塑包装袋竖放在箱内,采用其程控灭菌程序;对照组采用氧化法传统甲醛熏箱,被灭菌器械裸放于箱内隔板上,采用高锰酸钾加40%甲醛的氧化法,密闭12h。两组灭菌效果监测均采用常规和PVD加强型"枯草杆菌芽孢菌管"。结果:试验组的常规和PVD加强型"枯草杆菌芽孢菌管"全部杀灭,对照组常规和PVD加强型"枯草杆菌芽孢菌管"全部未被杀灭。结论:氧化法传统甲醛熏箱穿透力差;低温真空甲醛灭菌精确控制了甲醛剂量、温度、湿度、作用时间、作用压力,真空状态下的甲醛气体容易穿透器械包的中心或导管的内部,能杀灭所有微生物包括芽孢,适合对细长管道、多腔隙电动力器械、电子仪器和精密光学仪器的灭菌。 Objective: To study the sterile effect of low temperature vacuum formaldehyde (LTVF) and compare that with traditional formaldehyde fumigation box. Methods: In the experimental group, instruments were wrapped in plastic package and sterilized with a self--made 140 liter LTVF sterilizer while in control group, instruments were directly put in traditional formaldehyde fumigation box, sterilized with 40% formaldehyde plus potassium permanganate and kept airtight for 12 hours. The sterile effect was evaluated by testing the common and PVD strengthened type "bacillus subtilis gemma tube". Results: The common and PVD strengthened type "bacillus subtilis gemma tube" in the experimental group were all killed but none was killed in control group. Conclusion: The traditional formaldehyde fumigation box has poor penetrating power. Comparatively, the LTVF sterilization can precisely control formaldehyde quantity, temperature, humidity, action time and pressure. The formaldehyde gas can easily penetrate the center of instruments or the interior of tube under vacuum condition, killing all microorganisms including gemma, thus suitable for sterilization of electrical multi--cavity instruments with thin and long pipes, electronic machines and sophisticated optical instruments.
