摘要
为探索一种简便有效的评价人体心血管系统功能的定量运动负荷方法,采用3种不同负荷的蹲起试验方法对30名普通大学生的累积、即刻心功指数与他们的VO2max进行相关性研究,以相关系数的大小来判别各自的效度。发现60 s 60次蹲起测得的心功指数与VO2max的相关系数最高,45 s 45次蹲起的心功指数次之,30 s 30次最低,而3种不同负荷方法各自的即刻心功指数与VO2max的相关性均高于累积心功指数。认为60 s 60次蹲起试验测试心功能的方法(即刻心功指数)简单实用、评价效度高、易于实施与控制,有望成为简便有效的评价人体心血管系统功能的定量运动负荷方法。
This research is to find a easy and effective way to evaluate people' s heart and blood vessel function. This study adopts three kinds of methods to test 30 university students' squatting and rising load to research the relativity of accumulating heart function index, instant heart function index and VO2 max and then determine the validity by these indexs. We find the relative index of heart function index of 60 times squatting and rising load per 60 seconds and VO2 max is higher than heart function index of 45 times squatting and rising load, and 30 s 30 is the lowest. Besides, the relativity of instant heart function index and the VO2 max of these three kinds of tests is higher than accumulate heart function index. The test of 60 times squatting and rising load per 60 seconds to measure heart function is conveniently practiced, controlled and high validity. So, it will be an easy and effective method for evaluating heart and blood vessel function.
