妊娠期牦牛输卵管的组织结构观察 被引量:7

摘要 采用组织学和组织化学方法对妊娠期牦牛输卵管的组织结构进行了观察。结果显示,牦牛输卵管壁具有3层结构,分别为黏膜、肌层和外膜。黏膜上皮主要由纤毛细胞、分泌细胞及少量基细胞和栓细胞组成。妊娠期牦牛输卵管漏斗部和壶腹部分泌细胞顶部有突起,漏斗部分泌细胞的突起呈现2种类型:一种突起中不含核,细胞胞浆的核上区和突起中可见过碘酸雪夫氏(periodic acid Schiff,PAS)反应阳性颗粒;另一种突起中含核,但无PAS反应阳性颗粒。壶腹部分泌细胞的突起均属第一种类型,峡部分泌细胞顶部无突起。固有层由疏松结缔组织构成,峡部固有层中含有浆液性腺。黏膜形成纵行的初级皱襞。漏斗部和壶腹部皱襞高而窄,分支多;峡部皱襞矮而宽,分支少。肌层主要由环形肌组成,从漏斗部向后,肌层逐渐增厚,峡部达到最厚。外膜为浆膜,在输卵管系膜处为结缔组织。 Histological and histochemical(periodic acid Schiff,PAS) methods were used to examine the histological structure of yak oviduct during pregnancy. The results showed that the wall of yak oviduct was composed of mucous membrane,tunica muscularis and tunica adventitia. The mucous epithelium consisted of ciliated cells,secretory cells,a few of basal cells and peg cells. The apices of secretory cells displayed cytoplasmic protrusion in both the infundibular and ampullary regions of yak oviduct during pregnancy. There were two types of protrusions in the infundibulum. The first type had many positive granules in PAS reaction in the supranuclear cytoplasm without nuclei. The other one contained nuclei without positive granules in PAS reaction. In the ampulla,the protrusions of secretory cells all belonged to the former but the secre- tory cells had no protrusions in the isthmus . The lamina propria was loose connective tissue with serous glands in the isthmus. The mucosa membrane was thrown into longitudinal primary folds which were high, narrow and had many branches in the infundibulum and ampulla, but in the isthmus the folds were low, broad and had few branches. The tunica muscularis were composed mainly of smooth muscles which were the thickest in the isthmus. The tunica adventitia was serous membrane,but in the mesosalpinx,it was connective tissue.
