摘要
综述了边缘无浆体病的常规病原学诊断方法、血清学诊断方法和分子生物学检测方法的国内外研究现状和发展水平,并探讨了核酸探针、PCR和反向线状印迹杂交技术在边缘无浆体病诊断中的应用及研究进展。
This article reviewed the progresses in the pathogenic, serological and molecular biological diagnostic techniques for bovine anaplasmosis caused by Anaplasma marginale, and discussed the application of nucleic acid probe,PCR and reverse line blot hybridization assays for diagnosis of bovine anaplasmosis.
