小梁切除联合巩膜瓣下羊膜移植治疗青少年型青光眼21眼

Trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation for juvenile glaucoma in 21 eyes

选择青少年型青光眼患者13例(21眼),均经眼压、视力、眼底、房角镜等检查明确诊断。行小梁切除联合巩膜瓣下羊膜移植。移植后6个月患者眼压显著低于移植前(P<0.05)。21眼中功能型滤泡17眼,非功能型滤泡4眼。移植成功率为89.48%,移植后5眼浅前房,2眼前房积血,经保守治疗1周内痊愈。小梁切除联合巩膜瓣下羊膜移植治疗青少年型青光眼能够提高小梁切除成功率,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。

Twenty-one eyes of 13 patients with juvenile glaucoma confirmed by ocular tension, vision, eye ground and gonioscope underwent trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. The posttransplant intraocular pressure significantly decreased compared to pretreatment （P 〈 0.05）. Of 21 eyes, functional and non-functional filtering blebs were observed in 17 and 4 eyes, respectively. The total success rate was 89.48%. After transplantation, five cases with shallow of anterior chamber and two cases with hyphema. They all recovered in a week by conservative treatment. Trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation is a safe and effective approach to improve operative success rate.
