面神经减压术治疗周围性面神经麻痹的体会

Experience of facial nerve decompression in the treatment for facial nerve paralysis

目的探讨面神经减压术治疗周围性面神经麻痹的时机和效果。方法回顾性分析1990～2007年4月周围性面神经麻痹60例,分别在3个月内和3个月以上行面神经减压术,以House-Brackmann(H & B)分级法作为疗效评价标准,采用χ2检验进行组间疗效对比。结果3个月以内组有效率显著高于3个月以上组行面神经减压术(P<0.05)。结论面神经减压术是治疗周围性面神经麻痹的有效手段,早期行面神经减压术可明显提高有效率。

Objective To study the occasion and curative effect of facial nerve decompression in the treatment for facial nerve paralysis. Methods Facial nerve decompression was applied to 60 cases of severe facial nerve paralysis from 1990- 2007 in our hospital. House- Braekmann （ H ＆ B） system was used for evaluating the recovery of facial nerve function. 60 cases were divided into two groups： the cases of group A received surgical treatment within three months and group B three months after onset. Their effective rates were compared with x^2- test. Results The clinical effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of facial nerve decompression at early stage of facial nerve paralysis can improve the clinical effective rate significantly .
