鼻息肉组织肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在鼻息肉组织中的表达及意义。方法对55例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者和11例正常鼻甲黏膜组织进行TNF-α检测。结果TNF-α在鼻息肉组织中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论TNF-α存在于鼻息肉组织的微环境中,对鼻息肉的病因及病理变化起作用。
