摘要
利用MMW-2型摩擦试验机,测定了不同含铝量的高铝锌合金在室温、20#机油充分润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,随着铝含量的增加,合金组织中初生α′相枝晶增多,共析体变少,α树枝晶明显长大粗化;并且使摩擦系数增大;同时试验合金的耐磨性和减磨性都有所减小,其中ZA30具有较好的减磨性,ZA27具有较好的耐磨性。
Friction and wear properties of four kinds of high aluminum Zn-based alloy with different AI content were investigated by MMW-2 wear tester under the condition of full lubrication with 20° oil at room temperature. The testing results show that, with the increase of aluminum content, the dendrite of newborn ct' phase increases, eutectoid volume reduces obviously, α′ dendritic grows coarsening in alloy; the fi'iction coefficient increases; at the same time, the wear resistance and reduce-wear resistance of the alloy both decrease, and ZA30 has better reduce-wear resistance, ZA27 has good wear resistance.
