摘要
研究了一种新型的Ti-B20合金在不同热处理状态下的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明,Ti-B20合金热轧棒材固溶处理后屈强比高,没有屈服降落现象,具有良好的拉伸塑性。固溶温度越高,合金强度越低,塑性越好。相变点以上固溶处理后,合金断面收缩率达55%,有利于深度塑性加工。合金时效强化能力较高,合金固溶时效处理后具有优异的强度、塑性匹配值,可以保证性能为:σb≥1400MPa,δ≥8%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of new type Ti-B20 alloy after different heat treatment were studied. The results show that the yield ratio of Ti-B20 alloy after solution treatment is higher and the tensile plastic is better. The higher the solution temperature, the lower the strength of the alloy, the better the plastic. When the solution temperature exceeds the phase transformation point of the alloy, the reducing rate of area reaches 55% and it fits for the depth plastic processing. An excellent strength and ductility values of the alloy after solution aging treatment is that σb≥1400MPa, δ≥ 8%.
