摘要
探讨了T10钢的中性盐浴渗钒处理工艺,用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、显微硬度测试仪、摩擦磨损试验机等试验分析方法,观察、测定了渗层的组织、厚度、渗层硬度分布、相对耐磨性等特性。结果表明,该渗层组织均匀,结构致密,具有很高的显微硬度和较好的耐磨性。
The vanadizing process of T10 steel in neutral salt-bath was discussed. The coating microstmcture, thickness, hardness distribution along hardening depth and relative wear resistance and so on were observed and measured using SEM, EDXA, microhardness tester, friction and abrasion testing machine. The results show that the coating is essentially compact, and has uniform structure, high microhardness and good wear resistance.
