摘要
分析利用20MnSi钢制备棉机锯片的可行性,研究了利用亚温淬火提高20MnSi钢棉机锯片强韧性的工艺。结果表明,20MnSi钢经亚温淬火后得到的组织是马氏体板条束与少量铁素体相间分布的细小均匀的双相组织,提高了材料的耐磨性。实验表明,最合理的亚温淬火工艺是880℃×2min水淬+800℃×1min水淬+400℃×10min回火。
The feasibility of using 20MnSi steel to prepare saw was analysed, the intercritical quenching technique for 20MnSi saw to enhance the strengthening and toughening was studied. The results indicate that fine dual phase microstructure with martensite and a little ferrite can be obtained by intercritical quenching, which enhances the wear resistance of the steel. The experiment indicates that the most reasonable intercritical quenching process is 880 ℃×2 min water quenching + 800℃× 1 min water quenching + 400 ℃×10 min tempering.
