摘要
目的:观察原发性高血压患者靶器官损害与血浆醛固酮(ALD)水平的关系。方法:选择原发性高血压患者122例,男71例,女51例,年龄(51.57±10.77)岁,根据超声心动图计算左室质量指数(LVMI)将患者分为左室肥厚(LVH)组和无LVH组;根据颈动脉超声测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及有无斑块将患者分为颈动脉IMT增厚组和无颈动脉IMT增厚组;根据微量白蛋白尿测定将患者分为有微量白蛋白尿组和无微量白蛋白尿组。测定患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等,并用放射免疫方法检测患者血浆肾素(PRA)及ALD水平。比较有、无靶器官损害组间ALD水平的差异。结果:LVH组和无LVH组、颈动脉IMT增厚组和无颈动脉IMT增厚组、微量白蛋白尿组和无微量白蛋白尿组间血浆ALD水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者LVH、颈动脉IMT增厚和微量白蛋白尿与血浆ALD水平可能无关。
Objective: To study the relationship between target organ damage and plasma aldosterone( ALD )in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 122 patients[71 male and 51 female, (51.57 ± 10.77 ) years] with essential hypertension were divided into following groups: (1)left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and no LVH group, measured left ventricular mass index (LVMI) by ultrasound cardiograph. (2)intima-media thickness (IMT) incrassation group and no IMT incrassation group, measured IMT by carotid ultrasound. (3)microalbuminuria group and no microalbuminuria group, measured microalbuminuria. Plasma ALD levels were assessed by radio-immunoassay. Results: There were no differences in levels of plasma ALD in patients with and without target organ damage (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: There is no relationship between target organ damage and the level of plasma ALD in patients with essential hypertension.
