摘要
目的检测MCM-2蛋白在尖锐湿疣(CA)和鲍温样丘疹病(BP)皮损中的免疫组化染色强度及阳性细胞在表皮的分布特点,探讨BP与CA两种疾病在细胞增殖方面的特点和差别。方法免疫组化SP法分别检测BP组织20例、CA组织15例和正常组织20例中的MCM-2蛋白的染色强度及阳性细胞分布特点。结果MCM-2蛋白阳性细胞在BP皮损组织中数目多,呈"满天星"状外观;在CA皮损组织中呈现"上疏下密"的外观;正常对照组中仅出现在基底层。MCM-2蛋白在表皮中的染色强度:BP组高于CA组,并且这两组又分别高于正常对照组,经秩和检验在统计学上均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论通过免疫组化SP法检测MCM-2蛋白阳性细胞在BP及CA组织中的分布特点及染色强度能够比较客观的反映出两种疾病皮损中的角质形成细胞在细胞增殖方面的差别。
Objective To observe the strength of MCM-2 protein stain and the characteristics of distribution of positive stain cells in the lesions of epidermis on BP and CA, and to detect the features and differences in cell's proliferation between BP and CA with immunohistochemical study of the MCM-2 protein. Methods The distribution and intensity of stain of MCM-2 protein in the epidermis of the samples from 20 Bowenoid Papulosis patients, 15 Condyloma Acuminate patients and 20 health adults'kin were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results In the lesson group of BP, MCM-2 positive cells looked like "stars in the sky" ; In the lesson group of CA, gave a "bottom heavy" pattern; In the normal control group, MCM-2 positive cells were found only in the basal cell layer. The intensity of the MCM-2 protein positive stain cells in the epidermis : The intensity of the MCM-2 protein positive stain cells in the epidermis was increased in BP compared with that in CA, and the two sets were different from that of normal control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Immunohistochemical stain of the MCM-2 protein could objectively show the differences of proliferation of keratinocytes in the lesions on BP and CA.
