解脲脲原体生物群与体外抗菌药物敏感性关系的初步研究 被引量:7

Investigation on the Relationship between Biovars of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Their Susceptibilities to Antimicrobial Agents in Vitro

摘要 目的探讨解脲脲原体两大生物群与体外抗菌药物敏感性的相关性。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法测定体外抗菌药物敏感性,并以多条带抗原(MB-Ag)基因为靶位,设计分群引物,对UU菌株进行分群。结果两大生物群对五种抗菌药物MIC值范围基本一致,个别MIC90值存在差异。UU两大生物群对四环素、多西环素、洛美沙星的耐药率差异无显著性意义,但对红霉素、阿奇霉素耐药率差异有统计学意义(P分别为0.0008和<0.0001)。结论UU两大生物群对抗菌药物的耐药性可能存在差异,支持UU分成两个独立的物种。 Objectlve To investigate the relationship between biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum and their susceptibilities to antimicrobial agents in vitro, Methods A broth microdilution method for determination of the MICs of the Ureaplasma species was performed and the clinical isolates were biotyped by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) according to the multiple -banded anti- gen (MB-Ag) gene. Results The range of MIC of two biovars to doxycycline, tetracycline, erythromycin, azithromycin and lomefloxacin were almost coincidence. Several MIC50 were different. There was no significant difference in resistance to tetracycline, doxycycline and lomefloxacin of two bivors, However, the number of erythromycine and azithromycin resistant strains of T 960 biovar were significant higher than that of parvo biovar ( P = 0. 0008 and P 〈 0.0001 respectively), Conclusion There were perhaps some differences in the susceptibility rate to antimicrobial agents in vitro between the two biovars. It supported that Uu could be discriminated into two somewhat completely different species.
