Implementation and evaluation of comfortable class for patients with diabetes

摘要 目的探索积极有效的健康教育方式,提高糖尿病病人健康教育的效果。方法将292例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,实验组采用糖尿病轻松课堂进行教育,对照组采用传统教育方法进行教育。结果两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、血压均有不同程度的降低,糖尿病教育评分明显增加,两组比较实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病轻松课堂可增强糖尿病知识教育的效果。 Objective To Study the active and effective health education mode,and to improve the effect of health education for patients with diabetes. Method 292 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. Comfortable class for health education was adapted in experimental group. Routine health education method was adapted in control group. Result The Fasting plasma glucose, plasma glucose after meal and blood pressure was relatively decreased in both groups. The score of diabetes health education in experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The health education effect for diabetes can be improved be comfortable class.
