摘要
为提高径切板的出材率,研究出双联圆锯制材技术。其原理是通过应用扫描技术获得原木外型轮廓数据,建立与优化下锯模型,原木单次下锯即可产出规格板材。与传统制材普通带锯制材技术相比,可有效提高制材的生产效率和锯材中径切板的比例。
To increase the yield rate of quarter sawn lumber, a double-circular sawing technique was developed and fully described in this paper. This technique included a scanning system to determine the configuration of a log (size and section information), computer software to optimize the sawing patterns based on the scanning information, and double-circular saws to cut the log according to the optimized pattern. Compared with the traditional band sawing method, the double- circular sawing technique improved the productivity and the lumber yield rate.
