摘要
材质为B57 J-V的中压汽缸在进行力学性能测试时,AkV指标不合格。通过金相、扫描电镜、热处理试验等比照分析,确定中压汽缸AkV不合格是回火过程中产生了回火脆性。提出了相应的工艺改进措施,即回火后空冷并在400℃附近增加消应力退火。
During mechanical property testing, the AkV value for B57J-V intermediate pressure cylinder was not qualified. By comparing analysis among metallographic test, scanning electron microscope and heat treatment test etc. , the unqualified reason of AkV value for intermediate pressure cylinder has been confirmed that the temper brittleness appears during the tempering process. Furthermore, the relevant process improving measures, which include carrying out the air cooling after tempering process and adding stress relieved annealing process around 400℃, have been put forward.
