摘要
采用夹板淬火与回火热处理工艺替代表面感应热处理工艺,应用于42CrMo天车车轮锻件踏面热处理。试验结果表明,通过夹板淬火回火处理,天车车轮硬度、拉伸性能和金相组织均满足设计和使用要求。该工艺设备简单,具有广泛的适用性。
Application of board quenching and tempering has replaced the surface induction heat treatment for the seating face of 42CrMo crane wheel forgings. The test result shows that, through the board quenching and tempering, the hardness, tensile property and metallographic structure of crane wheel are all satisfied the design and application requirements. This technology is an advantage of easy - operating technology and widely application.
