摘要
通过对偏心凸轮轴锻造工艺分析,找出锻件不合格原因,将错移工序前移,最后一火局部镦粗修整。探伤结果表明,采用改进后的工艺所锻造的偏心凸轮轴锻件全部合格。
By analyzing the forging process of eccentricity camshaft, the causes of un-accepted forgings would be found, and the displacement process would be shifted forward later on for the final heat area forging reduction. The crack detection test indicates that the eccentricity camshafts produced by the improved technology are all accepted.
