摘要
目的:探讨Pillar植入系统治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者和单纯鼾症患者的疗效。方法:46例鼾症患者经PSG监测分为轻至中度OSAHS、重度OSAHS和单纯鼾症3组,术前及术后6个月均进行鼾声VAS评分和PSG监测。结果:术后随访6个月,Pillar植入系统对于轻至中度OSAHS患者和单纯鼾症患者打鼾的改善显著,而对于重度OSAHS患者疗效较差。28例轻至中度OSAHS患者治愈4例,显效10例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率达67.9%;AHI由术前的17.03±10.63降至术后6个月的11.17±9.52。6例重度OSAHS患者有效1例(16.7%),AHI由术前的62.93±9.21降至术后6个月的55.42±13.77。结论:Pillar植入系统对于单纯鼾症患者可以有效地改善打鼾,对于轻至中度OSAHS患者的疗效较好,而对重度OSAHS患者的疗效较差。
Objective: To explore the effect of the pillar implant system in the management of snoring and OSAHS patients. Method:All patients are divided into three groups by PSG: mild to moderate OSAHS, severe OSAHS and snoring. PSG and snoring visual analogue scale (VAS) were assessed preoperatively and postopera tively, and the postoperative PSG was performed after 6 months. Result: The values of VAS in all of the patients were reduced. AHI was reduced from 17.03±10.63 preoperatively to 11.17±9.52 postoperatively in 28 patients with mild to moderate OSAHS and the total effective ratio was 67.9%. AHI was reduced from 62.93 ±9.21 preoperatively to 55.42±13.77 postoperatively in 6 patients with severe OSAHS and the effective ratio was 16.7%. Conclusion:The pillar implant system had a significant effect on mild to moderate OSAHS patients.
