摘要
本文应用免疫组织化学技术研究了大鼠三叉神经尾侧亚核(Vc)内代谢型谷氨酸受体7亚型(mGluR7)、磷酸激活的谷氨酰胺酶(PAG)和谷氨酸(Glu)免疫阳性神经元的定位.结果显示mGluR7阳性胞体和纤维主要分布于Vc浅层(Ⅰ,Ⅱ层),在深层只有散在分布.Glu和PAG阳性胞体分布于Vc各层,尤以浅层密集,Glu和PAG阳性纤维及终末主要分布于Vc浅层.以上结果表明Glu阳性纤维及终末和mGluR7亚型阳性胞体及纤维在Vc内的分布是相互匹配的,本文还对Vc内Glu和mGluR7在伤害性信息传递和调控中的机能意义进行了讨论.
Localization of metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype7 (mGluR7), phosphorate activated glutaminase (PAG) and glutmate (Glu) immunoreactive positive (IP) neurons were studied in the caudal trigeminal nucleus of the rat by means of immunohistochemical staining method. mGluR7-IP perikarya and fibers were found in the superficial laminae (laminaeⅠ、Ⅱ ),and were only sparse in the deep laminae. Glu-and PAG-IP perikarya were located in each lamina, especially in the superficial laminae. Glu-and PAG-IP fibers and terminals were mainly observed in the superficial laminae. The distribution of Glu-and PAG-IP fibers and terminals matched with that of mGluR-IP neurons in the superficial laminae of the Vc. The significance of Glu and mGluR in processing of nociceptive information in the Vc was also discussed.
