潜阳通络方对肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠血压及ET、CGRP的影响

The effect of suppressing liver yang dredging collaterals recipe on blood pressure and ET,CGRP of hypertensive rats with liver yang hyperactivity

目的探讨潜阳通络方对血压及血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法采用自发性高血压大鼠加灌附子汤的方法制备肝阳上亢模型,观察潜阳通络方对肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠血压及血浆ET、CGRP的影响。结果与模型组相比,潜阳通络方能明显降低肝阳上亢型高血压大鼠血压、血浆中CGRP含量升高(P<0·05)、降低血浆中ET含量(P<0·01)。结论潜阳通络方可通过改善血管的舒缩功能而达到较好的降压效果。对高血压模型大鼠的降压作用与升高CGRP含量,降低ET含量密切相关。

Objective To study the effect of suppressing liver yang dredging collaterals recipe on blood pressure （BP） and endothelin （ET） , calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） of hypertensive rats with liver yang hyperactivity. Methods The model of liver yang hyperactivity was made through pouring Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction on SHRs to observe suppressing liver yang dredging collaterals recipe＇s effect on BP, ET and CGRP in plasma. Results Compared with model group, suppressing liver yang dredging collaterals recipe obviously decreased BP（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , also raised CGRP in plasma（ P 〈 0.05 ） , decreased ET in plasma（ P 〈 0. 05 ） of SHRs of liver yang hyperactivity. Conclusions Suppressing liver yang dredging collaterals recipe could produce good depressurization through improving the blood vessel function of shrinking and stretching, its action that could obviously cut down BP of SHRs of liver yang hyperactivity connects with raising CGRP and decreasing ET.
