摘要
为提高细鳞片膨胀石墨的理化性能,作者用不同粒度的鳞片石墨在相同酸氧化条件下制备可膨胀石墨,经膨胀后发现:随粒度减小,石墨膨胀容积均在逐渐减小.通过电镜扫描和元素微区分析形貌结构和成分,发现随粒度减小,插入量变小,其结构也呈相应变化;证实可膨胀石墨与膨胀石墨均存在尺寸效应.它对细鳞片石墨膨胀性能、高温热失重性能及导热性能等有较大影响.
In order to improve the Physicochemical property of fine flake graphite, several groups of flake expandable graphite were prepared with different particle size undergo the same oxidization, and then expanded undergo expansion. Observed by SEM and X -ray energy spectrum microanalysis, it is found that the expansion ratio reduces with the decrease of particle size, and the lays and insertion of expandable graphite decreased as particle size decreased. The size effect of graphite is proved. It is of great influence on the expansion ratio, TGA and thermal conductivity of EG.
