单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤

Hidroacanthoma simplex:A case report

报告1例单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。患者女,53岁。右下肢外侧约3cm×2.5cm×0.8cm斑块8年,组织病理学检查:表皮内可见边界清楚的肿瘤组织团块,肿瘤细胞大小形态均一,瘤组织内见汗管结构,诊断为单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。对该患者的皮损行免疫组化染色,结果显示CK1、CK5、CK8、CK10、CK11、CK18、CK19、CEA、EMA均为阴性,CK14和CK17为阳性。

A case of hidroacanthoma simplex is reported. The patient was a 53-year-old woman who presented with a mass with a size of 3.0 cm × 2.5 cm ×0.8 cm on lateral side of right lower extremity for eight years. Histological examination revealed well-circumscribed intraepidermal nests. The tumor cells were uniform in shape and size and sweat duct structure was found in the tumor. The diagnosis was made as hidroacanthoma simplex. Immunohistochemieal study of skin specimen showed negative staining for CK1, CK5, CK8, CK10, CK11, CK18, CK19, CEA and EMA,while strongly positive for CK14 and CK17.
