摘要 目的:探讨长脉冲1064nm钕:钇-铝石榴子石(Nd:YAG)激光治疗蜘蛛痣的临床疗效。方法:以长脉冲Nd:YAG激光治疗86例蜘蛛痣患者,每2个月治疗1次。结果:经1~4次治疗后有效率为94.19%,治愈率为79.07%。2例患者在治疗中出现轻度凹陷性瘢痕。结论:长脉冲Nd:YAG激光治疗蜘蛛痣安全,临床效果较好。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of spider nevus. Methods: Eighty-six patients with spider nevus were treated with long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser every two months. Both the clinical symptoms and the adverse events were recorded before and after treatment. Results: All the patients accepted 1-4 sessions of treatment. Total effective rate and complete clearance rate were 94.19% and 79.07%, respectively. Slight atrophic scar occurred in 2 out of 86 patients. Conclusion: Long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser can be considered a safe and effective therapy for spider nevus.
