摘要
对体积成形的多个影响因素进行解析,并对涉及的刚粘塑性有限元理论、热传输理论、磨损及损伤理论进行了阐述与融合。基于FEM软件建立成形过程中多因素动态耦合仿真模型,以曲轴锻造为应用实例,研究了锻造成形后的模具及锻件温度场分布、累积损伤分布,以及热力耦合下的模具一次磨损量分布。建立的仿真模型为实现金属热塑性成形各种工艺的模拟提供了依据。
The diversified coupling factors affecting bulk forming were analyzed, and the related rigid visco-plastic theory, heat transfer theory, wear and damage theory were expatiated. A simulation model Of bulk forming based on multi-factor dynamic-coupling was set up, which was applied for a hot forming simulation of crankshaft. The temperature field and cumulate damage of dies and billet, the total wear depth of dies under thermal-force coupling were predicted. The simulation model contributes to the simulation of various hot forming process.
