摘要
通过在普通灰铸铁基础上添加不同含量的稀土元素镧,研究稀土元素对灰铸铁组织及性能的影响,并找到稀土元素镧的最适合加入量。对不同稀土元素镧含量的灰铸铁进行对比试验,观察、分析其金相组织和石墨形态的变化,并进行抗拉强度、硬度和耐磨性试验。试验发现稀土元素镧的加入使灰铸铁的基体组织与石墨形态改变,使其力学性能和耐磨性提高,且镧含量为0.1%时,灰铸铁的综合指标最好。
The effect of rare-earth element lanthanum on structure and performance of gray casting iron was studied by adding different quantities of rare-earth element lanthanum in gray casting iron. The most suitable addition of lanthanum was found out. Through comparison test of gray casting irons with different addition of lanthanum, the changes of microstructure and graphite shape of gray casting iron were analyzed. The test of tensile strength, hardness and wear-resistant was made. The results show that the microstructure and graphite shape in gray casting iron changes, and the mechanical properties and wear-resistant improve. When rare-earth element lanthanum is 0. 1wt% in the gray casting iron, its comprehensive performance is best.
