摘要
在中频炉中分别制取普通灰铸铁和合成铸铁,分析两种方法制取的HT300的铸造性能、冶金质量、力学性能及力学性能与废钢加入量的关系。结果表明,由于合成铸铁原材料纯净及特殊的熔炼工艺,使铸铁的铸造性能提高,冶金质量指标RG在1.15~1.30之间、品质系数Q1>1;抗拉强度高出加入多种合金元素的普通灰铸铁30~60 MPa,硬度降低10 HB左右;同时增加效益、节省成本。
Common grey iron and synthetic cast iron were respectively prepared in intermediate frequency furnace, the cast properties, metallurgical quality, mechanical properties of HT300 made by the two methods and the relationship between mechanical properties and the amount of scrap steel in synthetic cast iron were analyzed. The results indicate that synthetic cast iron uses pure materials and special smelting process, so its casting properties increase, metallurgical quality index RG is 1.15 - 1.3, quality coefficient Q1〉1; its tensile strength is 30-60 MPa higher than that of common grey iron adding a number of alloy elements; at the same time, economic benefits increases and cost reduces.
