摘要
温度对热锻模的力学性能有很大影响,温度的变化导致锻模失效。通过对轿车轮毂热锻成形过程的模拟分析,得到了锻模型腔表面和表层的温度分布规律,证明了在热锻模内部温度场呈梯度分布。同时对热锻模具的回火效应进行定性分析,揭示了等效回火温度和等效回火时间对模具的寿命影响。提高热锻模具的使用寿命,关键是尽可能的减少坯料和模具的接触时间来降低模具的温度幅值,为实际的生产提供参考。
During the process of hot forging, the temperature has a great effect on the mechanical performance of the material. The faliure of the hot forging die is caused by the evaluation of temperature. The analyses of hot die forging process of wheel hub was conducted and the temperature distn'bution in the surface layer and the dangerous position on hot forging die cavity were analyzed. The gradient distribution of temperature field in hot forging die was proved. The qualitative analysis of tempering behaviour in hot forging die was carried out. The influence of the effective tempering temperature and the effective tempering time on die service life was obtained. Reducing the contact time between workpiece and dies was an efficient approach to improvement of hot forging die service life. It provides reference for production.
