口腔微生物与牙种植体嵴顶部骨吸收的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 种植体-基台界面牙槽嵴顶部骨的吸收与口腔的微生态环境密切相关。口腔微生物是种植体失败的重要原因之一,细菌在种植体表面的粘附定植并形成菌斑,是其进一步发挥致病性的基础。如何有效地保持种植体颈部骨组织并提高骨结合的强度,对种植体植入成功具有非常重要的意义。
