摘要
以泥状石墨和高碳铬铁粉为合金粉,通过大量试验制取工艺性能、耐磨性能良好的铁基高碳耐磨堆焊焊条,并分析了碳对微观组织和耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,在高碳耐磨堆焊焊条中,添加适量的铁红和长白石有助于提高焊条的工艺性能,石墨含量超过6%后焊条的工艺性能变差;对高碳耐磨堆焊合金,随含碳量的增加,初生碳化物数量越来越多,体积越来越大,且初生碳化物成定向生长,耐磨性也增加。
this paper worked out a kind of high carbon electrode with good properties and wear resistance through experiment.The effects of carbon on microstructures and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results demonstrated that suituable content of Fe2O3 and felspar can improve the properties;when graphite content is more than 6%,the properties gets worse;the volume and the number of primary carbide is increased with the increase of carbon content,and the primary carbide become dirctional and the wear resistance increases with increasing carbide
