X-刀治疗后脑胶质瘤中PCNA和p53基因表达的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨经X-刀治疗后脑胶质瘤中PCNA和p53基因表达的变化,作者采用组织免疫组化ABC法,检测36例经X-刀治疗后脑胶质瘤和30例对照组的标本,分别计算增殖细胞核抗原标记率(PCNA-LI)和p53基因表达标记率(p53-LI)。结果表明,治疗组的PCNA-LI明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的p53-LI明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组内PCNA与p53基因的表达均呈显著性正相关关系。作者认为,PCNA和p53基因的表达可作为脑胶质瘤对放射敏感性和恶性程度的标志之一。 In order to investigate the changes of PCNA and p53 gene expression after Xknife treatment,Immunohistochemistry technique (ABC method)was employed in the specimens of 36 cases of brain glioma after Xknife treatment and 30 cases of control. PCNALI and p53LI were calculated respectively. PCNALI in treatment group was lower than in control group. p53LI in treatment group was higher than in control. PCNA was positively significantly correlated with p53 gene expression both in the treatment group and control group. The authors suggest that PCNA and mutant p53 gene expressions might be a symbol of radiation sensitivity and malignant degree.
