摘要
为探索原发灶不明的转移性肝癌的治疗价值，作者报道２４例原发灶不明的转移性肝癌，经肝动脉化疗栓塞、外放射、全身化疗、中药等治疗后，中位生存期１０个月，平均生存１２个月。作者认为原发灶不明的转移性肝癌，姑息性治疗有一定效果，并就其诊断和更有效的治疗作了讨论。
There is few report on diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer metastasized from unknown origin. To study the value of therapy, from November 1983 to October 1996, 24 cases of liver cancer metastasized from unknown origin were treated with transarterial chemoembolization, irradiation, chemotherapy and chinese herbs. The median survival was 10 months and the mean survival was 12 months. It is suggested that palliative effects can be received in the treatment of this liver cancer. The diagnosis and more effective treatment of liver cancer metastasized from unknown primary site were discussed.
