学龄前儿童行为问题及危险因素的研究

The Study of Behavior Problem and Its Risk Factors of Preschool Children

采用整群随机抽样的方法，应用Achenbach儿童行为量表调查了武汉市江汉区、江岸区10所幼儿园4～5岁儿童1180名，同时对家长进行问卷调查。以行为各因子超出相应因子98百分位数时判为有行为问题，结果表明12．80％的儿童有行为问题。儿童行为问题主要危险因素为父母责备打骂儿童、儿童躯体健康问题、幼儿园教师教育态度及母亲妊娠分娩情况等。

In this study we used Achenbach child behavior checklist to investigate 1180 children aged 4~5 years who were selected by the method of random cluster sampling. Meanwhile the parents of childrenwere investigated with questionaire. If the score of each factor is above 98 percentile, the child was regardedas having behavior problem. The results showed that there were 12. 80% preschool children had behaviorproblems. The main risk factors contributing to behavior problems were parents' blaming and maltreating,mother's occupation, mother's education,child's physical health problem, the attitude of teacher in nurseryschool and the conditions during pregnancy and labor.
