“毫火针”的临床观察及安全性探讨

Clinical observation and security discussion of the therapy with Filiform-fire needle on herpes zoster

目的:通过初步探讨"毫火针"治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性,推广一种新的火针代替疗法。方法:"毫火针"治疗36例带状疱疹患者,记录其疗效、操作时间及不良事件。结果:"毫火针"法治愈13人,有效18人,总有效率86.11%;烧针时间为1.71±0.23 s,整个操作时间为2.30±0.33 s;弯针时的针刺次数为24.78±5.59次;无滞针、断针、感染、晕针等不良事件记录。结论:按照规范进行毫火针针刺,治疗带状疱疹效果好,安全性及可操作性强。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and security of the therapy with filiform-fire needle on herpes zoster,to generalize a new kind of therapeutic method instead of traditional fire needle.Methods:36 patients with herpes zoster were given filiform-fire needle therapy.The efficacy,operational time and adverse event was observed.Results:The total effective rate is 86.11%.We spent 1.71± 0.23 seconds on heating the needle,2.30±0.33 seconds on the whole operation.After being used 24.78±5.59 times,the needle may become bending.And no adverse events was observed,such as broken needle,infection.Conclusions:It was effective,secure and easily operating to use the filiform-fire needle for herpes zoster in accordance with norms.
